Have the Smoke Lordz come handle the grilling at your next event! Minimum billable time is 3 hours. Each additional hour is billed at $200/hr. You provide the BBQ, food, and we season/marinate/cook it to your guests liking.
This price includes set up time, prep time, cook time. If you think you may need more than 3 hours, please let us know so we can accurately quote your event.
This does not include any gratuities to the chefs.
If you feel you're going to need more time for our chefs to remain on site beyond the initial 3 hours, each additional hour is $200/hr.

We would be more than happy to make your event a memorable one by having our offset smoker on site to prepare some of our famous dishes for your guests. From weddings, to graduations, corporate events, and everything in between, we can prepare start to finish on site, live. We recommend this for larger parties of at least 100 people or more. At our core, The Smoke Lordz are a KCBS circuit competition BBQ team that has been pushing the envelope on max flavor and technique for years. These recipes are continuously reinvented and fine tuned for each competition we attend. Extra time and care goes into every detail here. We'd be preparing this as if you were a KCBS judge, and we only had one-bite to prove we are worthy of first place.
